If you were picking a club captain tomorrow I would take Klem. He’s clearly got the fire and passion, and with the responsibility he would really step up and harness it in a positive way. He’s a family man, and would appear that’s his priority. I just think he would set some good values. KP needs to be knocked down a peg or 5. I’d be trying to get slater involved with the club at some capacity.

If I can just add to what you have said as well.
Get rid of the damn leadership group and sharing the captaincy/co-captain.
We already are a basket case for a club, how the coaching staff thought It would be a good idea to have 5 different voices leading on the field would make a positive difference Is beyond me.

And every team in the comp has a leadership group. The issue isn't the setup, the issue is we have **** leaders in the playing group and at all levels of the club tbh. Hopefully Parr is a step in the right direction.

But when It comes down to the decision making on the field It's one guy making the calls not two.
The second Is a back up In case the first gets Injured during play.

Right, and that’s what we’ve been doing? Brailey is always the guy who talks to the ref etc when fit.
That's as good as we have at the moment, unless we sign a dominant half back or five eight which doesn't look likely

In my original post I was refering to the fact that It's 5 Captains and It rotates as It has this season.
It just cheapens the role, at some point the waterboy would probably be thrown Into the mix.
Yes, that Is how It should be as you put It and I probably should worded the second post a bit better.

Dsaf, Brailey, Frizzel, Ponga and their was one more I can't remember off the top of my head.
This was announced at the start of the year and It all of them have been at one stage.

That’s incorrect. D Saf and Brailey were co-captains last year, Ponga and Brailey this year. Frizell has stepped in when Ponga and Brailey have both been out. D Saf hasn’t captained the side at all this year.

The Tigers announced they’d have 5 rotating co-captains at the start of the year, you might have gotten the two things confused.

On the outside looking in and I think most agreed Ponga was not Captain material, well not at this stage of his career. To early. Unfortunately though Brailey has been injured.
I think the best solution going forward is just stick with what we have Brailey and "Ponga". But really Brailey calls the shots. Just let Ponga have the C next to his name. It's just to save face an not dent his confidence I think.
Or you just give the sole Captaincy to Brails. I'm just not sure how that will effect Ponga though.
In hindsight it should be just been Brailey. Another bad decision IMO from the coaching staff, including Joey.

With the Captains challenge and time constraint it’s better to have the Captain more central to the play, Hooker rather than f/b.

So what. Seems like we try to do what everyone else is doing…once upon a time there was a top 4 which all teams had one captain.

I'm adamant we had It something similar either this year or last year with the leadership group.
Or Its even possible I have mixed the Tigers up with the Knights.
