I would have thought Lilly and Heighno would have been on minimum ?

Anyways I'm breaking my rule about not speculating about player wages, It would be great to get Napa and Woods if we can fit them

They would be on 200+ each.
Lillyman wouldnt have moved countries for anything less

Think Titans and us but not sure on whos else.
Did play SOO last yr too, so id think 250-300k would of been he's value.
Heighington would probs be 200k but not much more.

So that's about 450k for both, that would almost cut out Glasby's salary so what we have is available for Woods 1st if not Napa
 
Speaking of salary caps, if Moga was unable to play next season and retired do we still pay his contract out and does it count against us. We will need another centre if that happens
 
If we get Woods and the Saifiti’s pull their fingers out we’d have a really good prop rotation. Don’t know how likely either are to be honest.

Woods is currently the guy everyone wants to lay the boot into because he ditched the Tigers for Big money at the Dogs, the media and fans seem to find a guy and for any reason apart from his footballing ability start to hammer him and say he's no good. Cordner is now becoming that guy.

If we can get a 27 year old Aaron Woods for 3 or 4 or even a 5 year deal where the Dogs pay a portion of his deal for the first 3 it would be as good as the Pearce deal IMO.

People were happy to Ah Mau for 500K ( reportedly ) but wouldn't want Woods for 100 or 200 more????

I personally think he would rather stay in Sydney and also think the Roosters, Eels, Raiders and Sharks will be going hard for him if he is in fact for sale

I'm soso about Barnett on an edge underdone. He needs to do some stamina running. His lateral when tired is balls compared to Guerra.
 
I tend to agree about Barnett, very good reserve grader, not quite a regular 1sts but ok bench in my opinion, while he is in 13 we are not good, in 17 we are ok, in reserves we are going real good, IMO

Been saying this since before we signed him and have said it about 70 times since.
Bout time others have started to see that if we are to be a good team players like Barnett will struggle for a spot.
 
People need to remember its all good for your Lambs and Barnetts to be standouts in what whilst was a heroic side but in reality a very poor one.

Ross, Sione, Lamb, Levi, Safiti's, Barnett all need to show they have another gear or be shown the door, all of these guys look to have hit their ceiling and are not first grade standard.

I'd expect with Brown and Moonies ruthlessness that even contracted players will be getting tapped on the shoulder and moved on. Guys I mentioned have shown no improvement and in fact have gone backwards.

Probably Dan is the only one I'd be keeping.
