2025 Recruitment And Retention

Not a bad point, those factors probably account for much of the good fortune. But again, being uncompromising about success means being intolerant to failure. It's not my opinion that the Knights have a losers mentality, that's more or less how we're viewed by everyone. There's things we could do to change that.

First thing on the list would be to sack AOB and throw a monster contract at the best coach's coming off contract. Or something of that kind.

As its stands, we value risk avoidance more than desire for success. It's just oozes loser.
Maybe getting Dom back will help.

He’s at Newcastle. Goes to the silvertails at Bondi, regarded by many as the “pinnacle” of the NRL.

Within two years: actually, no. Things were better in Newy.

This low key probably helps us keep Ponga from them too. Even if Dom doesn’t sign here I’m sure they’re all still in contact and he’ll know it’s been a **** show.

I found it interesting that Ritchie mentioned we’d only look at signing Dom if he came this year. Are we trying to call the Roosters’ bluff? Do we really need to fill the final roster spot this year on a winger?
