2025 pre season thread

Not saying I think there’s any truth to the Mole’s scoop but I like the idea of trialing Gamble at 7. IMO he’s got attributes to make a good 7. Very vocal on the field and can at least get some distance on his kicks. He wouldn’t be a great 7 but we’d might as well try him out while the other options are meh. If he works out there it’s also a lot easier to find a good 6 than 7 at the moment.
If he's going to run the side he's going to have to work on the accuracy and consistency of his kicking game, which I assume they're doing. The trials will be very interesting.
 
Well, ventured over to training and learnt very little. Sharpe didn't train at all and looks like Taj Annan did a hammy. Otherwise there was plenty of chopping and changing of who was training with whom, and who was wearing singlets, so no real divide as to who the elites and the rest were. Sorry guys.
