I know making the 8 is iffy and even then it would likely be a quick out but it would still be nice to make it.
Firstly we need Saints to go down to Titans leaving them on 26pts alongside Dolphins and then of course we beat Sharks putting us on 26.
Round 25 Dolphins V Storm in Melb and Saints V Sharks Win Stadium, Knights V Rabbits Accor Stadium.
Is it a dream or a nightmare, ask me at 6pm this evening🫣🤪😩😢

Well this is all irrelevant now.
 
True, but they gave it all but Saints winning earlier was the nail, proud of the effort, could claim robbed with Pongas kick reversed due to shepherd
 
Ok crunching situations. We need Sharks to beat Dragons. At this stage we have them on for and against. Dragons have two easier last games.

Dolphins play Broncos next week. Ideally would be better if the Dolphins win this one. Broncs have the best for and against.

Last round Broncs play Melbourne in Brisbane. I’d be shocked if Melbourne don’t rest a bunch of there players for this game.

At this stage we have a points differential of -70. So we need Brisbane to drop a game as they are on 2.

Still don't think Dragons are sure things to make the 8. They need to lose 2 but Sharks are every chance to beat them today hopefully. Can see Parra coming out for bit of an upset the next round. And Raiders last round will just be an annoying match to win.

Dolphins looking unlikely, and either way, playing them in the final round at home we can really spoil their chances.

I think Broncos are most likely to replace Dragons, but it filled me with confidence hearing Bellamy post game press conference. Said he will be resting players next week. Broncos play Storm rd 27, which i think will be a full strength team - a tough game for them to win. I highly doubt Storm will rest their stars in back to back weeks heading straight into finals, they'll want to enter finals with no rust.
 
Also, they won’t exactly be afraid of Brisbane, but they’ll probably think it’s smart to knock them out of finals contention, rather than give a team with that much talent a chance to round into form.
