He has looked good the bits I’ve seen but hasn’t yet proved himself and has had a bad injury so might not be a loss but hope it’s a move that’s good for him and wish him well

At least with the Titans he will be given a chance to shine, whether he is up to it or has the fitness level required will be seen in time.

I think the Titans will be in a better position to perform this year than last.

Rival clubs could start talking to Fermor from November 1. It would have been for 2021 but obviously the club thought it best to let him go early.

Toohey said a few weeks ago that he would get a development contract, but I think we need him or someone with a similar skillset in the top 30.

    That's great to see.
My opinion is that Brown really loved to see guys push through injury and play on, and Pasami had a young family and needed to earn money, so he played a lot of games he shouldn't have played. every time I saw him at a junior game last year he was walking like an 80 year old man.
In 2016 Pasami was considered by many to be the best player on the field for NSW under 18s, which Brad Fittler has since described as the best ever junior rep side. Most of the side has gone on to be stars of the game.
I really hope the new coach will get him fit before throwing him into firstgrade and let him finally reach his potential.
On the plus side, we probably signed him for the next 3 years for minimum money, and if he reaches the heights of his team mates in 2016, he could be our best bargain signing.

Jake Saifiti was saying the other day that this is the first full pre season he's done since his first, but Pasami has never even come close to making it through a pre season fit. I'd go as far as saying we've never seen him fit and injury free, probably since his first year of Flegg. He's never even come close to getting through a firstgrade pre season for the last 3 years.

Looks like the coach wasn't blowing smoke when he said he was happy with the squad, locking in most of them to 2021/22.

Might also be a pointer that the coach thinks he will be close to first grade come round 1, extend him now rather than as a regular who will cost a bit more.

It definitely seems like O’Brien wants to see our juniors flourish and has a vision for these kids coming through. It will instil a lot of confidence in them.

Seems odd signing Saulo instead of JSaf, don’t recall him showing more promise than JSaf unless they are saying to him “show us what you’ve got”
Maybe they want both but want some indication of how JSaf is, been a while since he showed a lengthy period of form.

Beau Fermor granted a release to join the Titans immediately. Not an out of favour thing or falling out but wants to be closer to family.

JSaf probably wants to wait till he plays in the hope that he can earn decent money.
Saulo probably very happy with minimum wage for a top 30 spot, which is still decent money for a young guy with a few babies to look out for.
