2019 NSW Cup

Guerra and Alifa in the forwards and Jones and Saulo out.

Lino in for Searle at halfback.

Toby Marks gets his first game of seniors after 4 tries in his last 2 games of under 20s. Marks replaces Mitch Andrews.

Brodie Jones and Mitch Andrews have clearly been playing injured, so good to see them rested.

Ex Knights in the wests side are Jock Madden at halfback, Braden Robson at hooker and Robbie Rochow and Sam McIntyre as bench forwards.

Robson was an Australian schoolboy centre for us, but in his 3rd year of under 20s for us he moved to lock forward. He has been at Wests for 2 years now and played centre and lock for them last year, but this year he has moved to hooker and is getting better and better every game. He has always been an aggressive defender, and seems to be getting the hang of dummy half now. Brown will probably want to buy him back now that he is a hooker.

Josh Reynolds and Jock Madden v Pheonix Crossland and Mason Lino in the halves is the big matchup I think.

Not sure how long we can keep this up but they're looking better since the opening ten minutes.

Not a bad half.
I think Guerra settled them down and got them playing well.
I see he swapped positions with Beau Fermor to play on the left edge towards the end of the half.

If Guerra wants to keep going they should let him. He has a big break before the Broncos game and if he runs himself ragged it won't matter. Might get him match fit in one go if he goes as hard as he can for 80.

Tex Hoy has run 123 metres in the first half.
Beau Fermor 100 metres in the first half
Jake Saifiti 60 metres

sam Stone 26 tackles 0 missed

Looked pretty gassed at halftime, might want one more game after this one to convince coach Brown
