The website I went to confused me a little because I don't think they had every international match they just had tournaments and notable one offs like the ANZAC test

From iconic Henson Park in driving rain and mud, to a fever-pitched Suncorp Stadium packed to the rafters and baying for State of Origin blood, England coach Steve McNamara has left nothing to chance during his whirlwind fact-finding tour of Australia.
During his 14 days Down Under McNamara ran his eyes over nine NRL games, one State of Origin match, one NSW Cup match, visited five separate NRL clubs and met with a host of England candidates as he prepares his country for a real tilt at the 2013 Rugby League World Cup.
England’s opponents in the opening game of the tournament, Australia, are about to go to battle – against themselves – in the hugely anticipated State of Origin decider, a game in which notions of national pride and unity are not only put on hold, they are looked at with contempt and disdain.

It would be the greatest thing ever if a developing nation did win it! How good would it be to see that happen?!
Hopefully one day the stars align and one of the Pacific nations gets a great mix of players at the right time and we see it. It's not beyond the realms of possibility in the next 20/30 years, I don't think, with more and more Polynesian players in the NRL.

State of Origin hate spills into Australian Test team
NSW Origin specialist Greg Bird has claimed relations between the Blues and Maroons players have reached a bitter climax, with personal tensions now flowing over into the Australian Test team.
According to Bird, the resentment of watching Queensland gloat over seven straight Origin wins has bred a new-found hatred in NSW players that's being actively passed to newcomers in the team.
The first hint of strained relations within the national squad came at the end of last October's Test win over New Zealand, when Maroons players ripped into a rendition of Queensland's victory song during the trophy presentation.
Blues skipper Paul Gallen has also spoken about players from the rival states eating meals at separate tables while in Test camp.
But ahead of next Wednesday's decider, Bird provided another insight of just how far the rivalry has deepened."I think the rivalry is a lot bigger," Bird said.

England coach Steve McNamara insists he still has an open mind on his Rugby League World Cup squad with exactly 100 days to go until the opening match.
McNamara recently spent three weeks in Australia catching up with the eight NRL-based England players but says none is sure of a place in his 24-man squad.
"I'd like to make it clear to everyone that there are no guarantees," said McNamara.
"In fact the NRL boys are going to have to work even harder to make sure they're in with a shout of featuring in the World Cup.
"That's not because they're 12,000 miles away, it's purely because so many players in Super League are playing at, or near the top of their game at the moment."
Two of the NRL players, Gareth Widdop (Melbourne) and Jack Reed (Brisbane), are currently sidelined with hip and shoulder injuries but McNamara is hoping both will recover in time to be considered.

THE claims that Queensland's Origin success has created a division within the Australian Test team would be concerning were they not so ridiculous.

Shillington still chasing World Cup spot

Dumped Maroons prop David Shillington hasn't given up on the Rugby League World Cup with Saturday's man-of-the-match performance against the Eels sending Kangaroos selectors his loudest reminder yet.
Shillington was superb in the Raiders 14-0 win over the Eels at a saturated Canberra Stadium.His error-free display included 19 runs for a vital 197 metres in attack and 26 tackles in defence.
The performance followed several big matches for Shillington, who has ramped up his game since being dropped from the Maroons squad for State of Origin II.
The representative prop said he'd set several short term goals to get back in contention for the Kangaroos squad that travels to the UK, Ireland and France for the World Cup in October/November.
