NRL Round 26 - Knights Vs Warriors - 2:00pm Sunday, 30th of August - Go Media Stadium

My hope is ref doesn’t kill us with crap and nit picky stuff. We are away injury depleted and 12 men be kind

Oof that defence was full of holes. 12 men on show there

I'm not complaining about the send-off. It was, though somewhat unlucky for Saf, the bloke does slip, and Saf's initial contact is with his shoulder, not his head. Safs not aiming for the head. Unfortunately, though he carelessly makes contact with the head and knocks the bloke cold, if he gets up, it's probably a sinbin.

Yeah I thought for example Ponga getting sent off in Origin was a bit rich given the guy fell to hip height, clearly an accident, no “intent”.

Jacob flew up to put a shot on and launched himself with no effort to lower his target zone. It’s as clear cut as you can get. Reckless, no mitigation. Incredibly stupid.

We were getting a few calls prior to the send off, too.

One of the more obvious ones in 2026.
