Hunts hit on Anasta

Pictures tell a thousand words:

1. Not looking
2. Turned to his side

3. Anasta falls into it. (His on his damn knee)

It's careless at the least, reckless in my view. Hunt wasn't watching what he was doing, and got himself into a dangerous position. If he was going in to make a legit tackle, Anasta would have hit his chest and probably not been injured at all.

It's all well and good to say Anasta fell into it, but the fact is he was on both feet and running at a low level before he got hit. He barely lowered his level at all as he neared Hunt. His leg is on the ground in that photo, but his head is also in about row three (ie. it's a bit after the impact).

I agree. Lets say Cronk was falling and he still hit him, then would that mean he would have got off?

Well if you're comparing the two completely different incidents..

1. Ross had 10 years to pull out of it, yet still went in with an elbow to the head.

2. Hunt would have had to have quicker reactions than 'Steve Waugh at 2nd Slip' to pull out of it.

Just on the Cronk thing, watching Cooper he was more interested in how the kick was then what happened.

Ben Ross was ripped off, 7 weeks and Cooper Cronk didnt get concussed or anything.

I beleive my quote involved "Mark" not "Steve" Waugh.
