Embarrassing losers. I don’t wanna hear about them as a neutral’s favourite ever again. The crybullies of the NRL.
They were 1st in gained penalties and 6 agains all season, welcome to the rest of the club that don’t get rub of the green Wahs!

People for some reason overlook their annoying habits, when the going get tough they start flopping around on the ground like their name is Neymar, just always laying down like wimps.

The game was on here at mid night I finally got to sleep at 4am.
I had to watch the up dates on my phone to see how we were going. 4pm this arvo the NRL loaded the full game so I did get to watch it. The Knights defence was top shelf.

It’s purely because they’re not an every year force like Melbourne or Penrith. They have looked for every tiny edge they could get from officials all season as much as any other team I’ve seen.
- Ali Leiataua’s knock on: Ah... he touched it; Ponga challenged immediately because...he touched it. The bunker took a long time because it was a big call in a big game.
- Te Marie Martin’s strip: There was a hand movement towards the ball...that takes away conclusive proof; the bunker can't therefore overrule the on-field decision. The Knights got a 50- 50 from the ref, yes... they had plenty of others go against them.
- An alleged uncalled escort by Tyson Frizell - Frizell doesn't change direction; he is entitled to move towards the ball. Why are they even complaining?
The Wahs tried and failed to bludgeon two teams out of games in back-to-back weeks...maybe need to look at themselves.

I particularly liked Tuaupkiki’s effort (i think it was him). The loose arm in the tackle hit his shoulder and to break the tackle he shrugged under it so it brushed over his head. He then bumped out of a couple more before being tackled three meters away to lay on the ground there to try milking the original tackle attempt.
It’s a real embarrassment to the sport that teams are doing it, but the Warriors were right up there with the worst of it yesterday. Some of them I wish they were penalised for laying down

It’s not going to serve them well if they put that loss down to bad calls. They made genuine mistakes and with the amount of ball they had they should’ve one, I’d be more worried about that. To be fair I think Webster knew they blew it but the journos kept pestering him about the calls
They should’ve won last week too. Poor decision making cost them the week off in that game too. Ultimately their style that got them there, wasn’t enough in the end

Thought this was in interesting article that noticed a change in Webster's responses about the refereeing last week. I've got no doubt he's starting to feel the pressure, yesterday was his sixth finals match in charge, and he's won one of them (vs us in 2023). That's not a good record.
Warriors fans, we lost fair and square. Stop blaming the refs
Whether you agree with the calls or not, pelting match officials with projectiles is never a good look.

All the talk about tackles, penalties, knock ons mean nothing, Final Whistle, Knights won, Warriors lost at least that’s what I read this morning and nothing will change it

No one remembers how a team won a game, the only thing that history remembers is the wins. The Warriors of 2026 will be long forgotten. The Knights of 2026 will be long forgotten too unless we find ourselves in the grand final! Just gotta make your own luck and live or die by it!

Just as the Warriors are appearing sore losers, I hope we can maintain our decorum and be fair winners.
The Wahs fan base has been absolutely excellent the last few years. They deserve a good team, and they deserve something to cheer about. They are everyone’s second team it seems. People want to see them do well.
They were collectively let down by a group of supporters at the game throwing things at officials, a coach shifting blame, and now a CEO shifting blame.
I can understand passion. (Look no further than some comments on here during a game). I agree with the sentiment that it’s a bit poor to ask coaches thoughts on refereeing - but journos want drama. PVL probably enjoys the drama too.
Hopefully the NRL comes out to support the referees decisions.
