Even if it’s away, I think we’re a huge chance of doing that, at least. This is hopefully a good wake up call for us. And a bit of a taste of finals a few weeks early.
Good thing is we get a few weeks to think about it, now.

Yeah I just don’t see the point of him. Even at his best, there’s just no upside to him. Best you can hope is he makes a lot of tackles but that’s it. Seems a waste when ESL is there
I didn’t think Doms tackle was bad at all, he just fell in his legs. He didn’t hold on and swing around onto them

Look the Dolphins got pumped a couple of times this year. Maybe this is some wake up call. This is where we really missed the two Dlys. Particularly Brown. Sandon is a great player but he’s needs to sort his defence. But I don’t want to single him out we were poor defensively across the park.
. God help us. I'm predicting carnage through the middle and carnage on that edge.

Yeah but I thought Cody went to the game and was pulling through the line when he ran it. Crokes looks absolutely snagged out there and he’s not even running the ball.

If the warriors win and secure top two hopefully they rest some players. Obviously not that luxury for us now. I hope no injuries Manu and Gags back, Frizz back into middle rotation. Hunt and Sandon leaked some tries. Gags is still a better defender then Hunt.

Croker has had games like this all year mixed in with the good ones. Gets bashed out of games physically against good packs far too often. Has had by far his best season but there's still a pretty limited ceiling there and it's an area you'd be looking at going forward.

Won’t happen but I’d like to see Frizz start and McEwen off the bench. With Brown missing, our defence is woeful there. Sandon tries but he needs help.

Just a reminder of how unusual the Panthers are lol, they have been so prepared to go to war week on week & win 2-0 if they have to for years now.
Ponga nailed it after the game, we chased the good feeling of scoring. Have a habit of doing that. Need to get better about chasing a complete performance. Sometimes staying in 3rd or 4th gear in attack is what gets you a win by a bigger scoreline.

Oddly enough, Manly play exactly like us in that they spread the ball constantly and chance their arm. It just happened to stick for them, we couldn't stop their second phase. But their physicality in defence was awesome, and they had some absolute liabilities to run at (Smith, Hunt etc).
