Sounds like the club have given him their best and he has been forced to reject it. And if he's now discussing it publicly it sounds like there's unlikely to be a resolution tbh.Braddy on 360 saying he’s in no rush to re-sign. Hopefully POS can meet him somewhere in the middle and get it sorted before Nov 1.
Yep, thinking like a big club is going to take some getting used to as a fan.At least we know now that we aren't screwing around with players. Theres our valuation, there's the offer.
There's a cap to what we will offer, which may seem like unders to some. But that is how we prevent overpaying. It looks alot like other big clubs. Not freaking out when a player doesnt accept the first offer and up it to the point it unbalances the side.
Those signed to huge contracts are your lifeline and are generational or irreplaceable. You gotta pay them big. Others need to fit in around that, or, like luai, go elsewhere for bigger dollars and bigger performance risk.
Thank goodness we finally are. The days of being held over a barrell by a mediocre first grader for a top-line contract because we can't attract anyone else or develop any juniors is hopefully long gone!Yep, thinking like a big club is going to take some getting used to as a fan.
Because if the Chiefs offer him $800K tax free, it’s basically like getting offered $1.5 million by an Australian club.
