Penrith have nothing to worry about. They will keep who they want to keep. Martin...PNG will have to offer $1m at least to be in the conversation, Cleary, probably double. If they keep Cleary and Yeo they'll be fine. They can find the next Martin even so.

That would have to be the model I think. Build up a core of players with PNG roots to create a connection to the area, then sprinkle in a few non PNG players on huge money that are ready to buy in to the mission.

Only Johnston and Xavier Coates I can think of.

There's a number 9 Edwin Ipape from PNG who's in the Super League who regarded highly but haven't seen a lot of him.

I don't think the Tigers would be too disappointed with Doueihi and Madden still there (more balanced halves pairing) and there's Andrews the QLD u19 5/8 from last year who's quite promising.
