NRL Round 7 - Roosters Vs Knights - 2:00pm Sunday, 19th April - Allianz Stadium

Yes they did have a terrible start and the whole first half really. But the Tigers had a very strong wind behind them. We let in two quick tries, but for about 15-20 we started to swing some momentum back, then the back end of the first half we let in a flurry. I could see it. With less the 4 minutes to go I thought don’t let in another one. You could see they were gassed.

They were heavily fatigued, the Tigers were literally running down hill with the strong wind. So I think that attributed to such a lop sided game and not a true reflection of how we have been performing as a team. We will see against the Roosters, although now typical Knights team with multiple star player injuries against us.

Also adding to the WWLWWL trait, we have never lost a game at Allianz Stadium. With all of these stars lining up a few bucks on the Knights seems like a good idea.

Just chiming in.

We lost the prelim against the Chooks there. A core memory is a bloke from Morisset smoking between the carriages on the train home and getting abuse from Chooks fans when we were chanting walking out of the stadium, good times.

Will be at this one and honestly with the amount of points we’re seeing all over the comp a win wouldn’t surprise me at all, even with our outs. All we need is a slight momentum swing early on and our spine of Sharpe/Smith/Brown could tear them a new one, just need to beat them to the punch.

As in the new SFS? Helps that this is our first game there lol.

Our record at the old SFS was played 46, won 21, lost 25.
