I can see why people don't have the time of day for the Guru. Just a lot of irrelevant rubbish from him based off the false Union/Roosters rumours. He should just let Soward do the talking who was way more informative and switched on. Good listen for sure thanks for sharing it.
Then he goes and says the backend of Hunts deal was worth it, like lol...
 
I liked Guru when he and Bloke crew come on the scene. But yeah of late some of Gurus comments are like dumb comments from fox. He did seem off. the Knights for a bit, but I think he is coming around again. Everyone is slowly starting to pay attention to Sharpe and the positional switch we on here knew it was a good move a long time ago.
 
Just listened to Gusā€™s take on his pod around the Brown deal. Pretty reasonable.

But boy oh boy, Matt Thompson is insufferable. Absolute ditzy schoolgirl vibes sometimes. Gus gives off ā€œwho the f*** made me do a pod with this guyā€ vibes sometimes.

Also watching Browns ā€œexclusiveā€ on 100% footy.

liked knights vision, we put lots faith in him.
thinks he can win a premiership with Ponga.
asked if he has options, he says he has no options. (interesting wording may suggest we have an option).

Haven't seen alot about Jae but I follow his co-host Lavender Baj on Instagram and TikTok. She seems occupied with non-NRL stuff atm, been covering alot of F1 and such but no real Knights content with the exception of sharing a few IG stories.

Maybe they couldn't find hosts for this year?

Those are good ideas. Bit more footy talk would be good too, the podcast as it was just seemed to be completely random chat at times which wasn't too thrilling.
 
I'm not sure if any of you have watched the Knighted podcast with Lync and Shaun. Shaun has taken a hiatus from the pod, because I'm pretty certain he's that pissed off with the club and players at the moment. Can't blame him. He's devoted his time, money, and energy to producing content and supporting this club. You could see how upset he was after the Warriors game.

He's bought tickets to every Knights game, even NZ, etc. Shaun, if you and Link are on this forum, I'm feeling your hurt, and I love your passion for the club. True Knights supporter. Have faith, we will eventually come good. We will build the side around a solid bunch of Newy young guns, Lucus, Sharpe, Phoenix, and more. Look forward to seeing you on your pod again soon.
