As for Arthur are we baby sitting for the Perth Bears
Honestly don’t mind if we are, it means that if we need we can call on Arthur at 9 while letting people like Jacob Davis have time to grow as a player, he looks really good and our future 9.

So it’s win win while Arthur is here, we get a hooker we can chuck right in during injuries while Letting one of our best up and comers grow.

There’s nothing wrong with his boot. He’s a really good short kicker. His long kicking is fine. I maintain that he rarely does it because of who he plays with, not because he can’t.

So yes he’s better than the guys we have, who are all varying levels of bad.

I don't understand why Arthur is getting more of a run....Crossland is all heart but not that good, brailey is just rubbish.

Nothing quite says “try and retain” like “storm are interested”.

Look forward to him rejecting our 1M a season* offer in 5 years time to play reserve grade instead.

Wasn’t it the Bulldogs interested in Connor?

*inflation haha
Hahah nothing quite says no idea from a sideline reporter hahah

I genuinely think AOB must feel too bad dropping Brailey. That’s not a legitimate reason, but it’s the only one I can think of because it makes no sense to keep him in the side. He’s leaving anyway and these days isn’t any better than Crossland. Let Crossland and Arthur build up their partnership now since this season is already done.

Or well on the way to being done!

Hastings has played his last 1st grade game for us.
Says there is no interest from any other club, here or overseas.
Says Parr won't talk about the possibility of buying out Hastings' contract.

Says Dom has told the Knights he is keen to return to Newcastle and the two clubs are working on details now.

Says Knights had been within days of announcing the signing of Dragons half King-Togia. He had agreed to terms, but Dragons convinced him to stay during the 10 day cooling off period.
We also just missed signing Finau Latu.

Tyrone Thompson got a 3 match ban for calling the ref an effing cheat. The club thinks he got off lightly.
For context - I was watching the game. The Knights had just scored to go ahead 26-20 and just had to hold on for 5 minutes to win. The Knights were getting up quickly in defence and clearly trying hard to shut Souths down, and the ref just kept marching Souths down the field with what looked like very soft calls against us. Ref sent Tyrone off and gave yet another penalty to Souths - Souths scored and the conversion looked kickable, but they missed, so we won 26-24.

Talks about Jye Linnane and why we let him go - basically because we couldn't offer him 3 years and didn't want to stand in his way when Warriors offered him 3 years.

Steve Simpson is set to be fast tracked through the coaching ranks after the success of his Harold Matts team this year.

No interest in Jackson anywhere? Is that correct. The contract buy out being muted by Parr is an interesting twist.
