Lamb is really impressing the more I see of him. Re Feeney I think he needs to have a few cones before he plays to help him relax. Seems on edge all the time.Feeney has improved a hell of a lot as a playmaker, but the difference between him and Lamb is still very clear to see.
Lamb is thinking faster than everyone else and all the passes he throws are cool and measured, but Feeney is throwing passes that worked in training, but are completely pre meditated and rushed.
Feeney has probably improved enough to be as good as Kurt Gidley or Tyrone Roberts, but Lamb was obviously born for this playmaking lark, and the more time he spends in firstgrade, the easier he makes it look.

Another side note. How was there any downward pressure from Penrith in the try awarded when Gagai showed about as much desperation to get to the ball as I do when confronted by a salad bar at a buffet.
Oh no, don't get me wrong mate, we were ****ing terrible in the second half I know. To lose a half 30-6 is diabolical, but for me, to look look like world beaters for 40 mins then a special unit for 40, is better than looking like a special unit for 80 like last time we met.You blokes that take positives out of the scoreline compared to the last clash are very easily pleased. The fact that we could be so good in the first half and then capitulate in the second shouldn't sit well with anyone. Happy to accept the excuses might be the case with many but for me that was 39 minutes of crap.
Prime example of gags needing to be dropped. Showed no heart or enthusiasm today and this team is all about effort as we don't have those flashy players that make something from nothing.
Yates is 4 years older and has done a hell of an apprenticeship - 2 and a half years of NYC including a minor premiership - 2 and a half years of reserve grade including a premiership.I'm probably the only one but I think Yates is better than Stone personally.
Buhrer has shown us there is a place for a smaller forward if he can get fit enough to work hard for 80 minutes. If he can build up to 80 minutes, 35 tackles and 100 metres, he can be top 17. It's not impossible - he always had a big motor in the juniors. If Yates is in the best 17 next year the big recruitment job has failed spectacularly.
I agree Elliot was playing well their and showed good desperation in defence chasing down a few players, his also a good support player. Gagai is in our best 17 but his not a fullback, I don't know where they put him thou because Wardle runs good lines and hit well in defence so I don't think he should be axed.
