*3.2** A player shall not be treated as having his principal residence in a country for the purpose of Rule 3.1(c) if he has not been present in that country for nine months in any period of twelve months during the three years up to the date of his selection.

Well like I said Junior, New Zealand had won three out of the last four junior tests before Saturday night, so although we lost this one, we do hold the balance of power in junior football. Didn't help that Josh Papalii disappeared from our winning team from last year - he was still eligible and would no doubt have played for us on the weekend, had he not been poached.
