All I’ve said is Cook at 800k would be a big risk in my opinion. He will be going on 29 at the start of that contract having only been a decent FG player for 2 years max. Absolute silly money for someone not proved himself year after year in my opinion.

Tbh the same could be said for Morgan, He's only really proved himself over 1yr and got a 900k deal, granted he's got a few more years left in him but the same scenario still stands.

Lol proven himself over 1 year. 2014-2017 were all fantastic seasons. Especially considering he had never ever played a second at fullback until round 1 2014 and he killed it from the get go. The guy is proven class where ever you put him.

Class can carry a team, a team filled with class that goes like chit in 2018 with a over the hill JT and Morgan didn't stand up for nothing, your only as good as the last season you've played, he played pretty poor for a 900k player.

You do realise he played all 8 of his games with and abdominal injury that he sustained in pre season right? Still getting 6 try assists and scoring 1.

The whole side were down in 2018 but Morgan wasn’t at fault for any of that. The bicep injury that ended his season was a blessing in disguise to allow him to be fully fit for next season.

You’re clutching at straws.
 
So he played only 8 injury riddled games but it’s Morgans fault for not standing up and getting the Cowboys on track and playing finals?

Damn must be Pearce fault the Knights didn’t play finals this year. How dare he get injured.

Who other than Levi are you putting in the hooking role? Can only think Buhrer which I'm not convinced is a 1st grade hooker.

Woolford has it in him to play starting hooker for 20 minutes and do a short stint in the forwards. He moved around a fair bit during games for Canberra under 20s.
I don't think he'd be up for 60 or more minutes at hooker unless he has a great offseason.

Woof is a gun player, and will 100% keep Levi on he's toes. Said it from the moment I heard we mite sign him.
 
Fun fact - Levi and Woolford are both 22 years old - Levi is 9 months older.
Levi has 66 firstgrade games and 4 tests for NZ.

Fun fact: if Levi keeps playing rocks and diamonds football like he did last year, then the difference in firstgrade games played will reduce significantly.
