Ganson was definitely always a bit of a loose cannon ... wasn't he in trouble with something else not too long ago?

Leeds have failed to make their fourth consecutive grand final after losing the preliminary final to Wigan, which sets up a Wigan vs St Helens grand final.

Great news for former Tiger Pat Richards, who took out the coveted Man of Steel award. He is the fifth Australian to win the award.

Here's hoping the Saints can get up for this one.

They have carved up the competition for a few years now but keep falling short to Leeds in the big one.

To anyone that watches ESL, who does everyone support in it?

I support the Saints, have so since about 2005.

Warrington Wolves. I started supporting them in 2005 because Johns played for them. Before that I was a Saints fan.

Warrington & Saints. Theres a good chance both Saints will win this year which would set up an interesting WCC.

SuperLeague grand final is St. Helens (Matt Gidley) vs. Wigan (George Carmont). That's my Saturday night taken care of!!! Followed by Sunday's NRL final!!

Pat Richards deserved Man Of Steel but I'm a little disappointed to find out that Keiron Cunningam hasn't won it during his career.

England squad looking light in the halves for the 4 Nations too. McGuire out with CL damage, loads of other half/stand off replacements pulling out of the tour too. No Kirk Yeaman either.

There's no Kyle Eastmond or Leon Pryce from Saints either. Saints first choice half for Saturday is Matty Smith, who joins Salford for 2011.

WIGAN ARE THE 2010 SUPER LEAGUE PREMIERS!

This sets up a Wigan vs St George Illawarra World Club Challenge match! I wonder what the teams will wear, as both the Dragons and Wigan wear red and white jerseys. I think Wigan has a black away jersey, so they might wear that but I can't see them wearing an away jersey against an Australian side in England. You never know, though.

Haha, you have to feel for Gidley. St Helens won in 2006 then he went over there and they have lost the last four GF's lol.

Well dragons all red away jersey (steerlers jersey next year) will most likely clash too. So unless Wigan wheres their alternate if that happens to be black, St George will more then likely produce a one-off WCC jersey, maybe the black jersey with the red V they have worn on occasion before, in the Charity Shield I think.

Maybe. I didn't mind that jersey actually. Here is what it looks like in action:

That Dragons jersey looks a bit odd?

But I spose you don't need the Wigan and Dragons jerseys clashing during the game.

I don't see how both home jerseys will clash. Wigan have a predominantly red jersey with small white parts while St. George have a predominantly white jersey with just the red v.

Teams often have special jerseys made for the World Club Challenge anyway, so I doubt it will be an issue.
