Tevita Pangai Jnr

He will relates to "he hasn't yet" so we could be a chance, no harm in a offer

Finances always come first for islanders

But if he’s going to be on a Darren Lockyer type of deal with the thoroughbred support then no amount of cap room will compete with that.

Interesting that the Broncos/Bellamy/Bennett coaching circus is going around at the moment and whether it will make Pangai think twice about re-signing. Thought he would have done it already by now if he was so sure but I wonder if they're waiting to see how it all pans out

Barry Toohey hinted we didn't do enough to get TPJ or Wallace

Good thing with TPJ is we get another crack next season

In all honesty if you were a prop on the market would you want to come and join what has been on show recently?

It would scare me.

Pangai Junior is a freak. He’s really proving himself. We should go all out for him. Can play prop, lock, second row and make a big impact on the game at all 3 positions. His ceiling is extremely high.

We’d be mad not to chase him hard for 2020. Starting to hit his straps quite nicely and he’s the hard running, explosive, ball playing forward we’re lacking at the moment.

They’ll come for the right money. Blow Brisbane out of the water with a massive offer. The fact he’s from here is a trump card aswell.

If Roosters thought Angus Crichton is worth 1M a year ( reported by SMH ) do we think TPJ is worth the same???

I reckon if we offered TPJ 900K I doubt the Broncos would be able to match it and I doubt he'd be able to resist that money

The fact there ain't any good props left on the market it may be worth throwing in a 11th hr offer

Tpj starting from the bench today after being the Broncos best forward for the last month, maybe hes talking to other clubs again and Wayne's having a hissy fit.

He did seem adamant it would be sorted so im surprised it hasn't even been already. Considering its been a few months. I imagine they are waiting to see what Bellamy does and what the Broncos plans are post 2020 before he commits.
I think he stays mainly because the broncos look after they're own but it'll be a juggling act keeping them all.
I can see them giving Greg Inglis his last contract too

Probably not worth speculating until something newsworthy comes like the Bennett and Bellamy stuff

His management are asking for $600k a season. Make it happen Brownie.

Though no doubt the Broncos will convince him to take a pay cut to play under Wayne.
