Bennett will be lucky to last five years let alone ten. He will probably field offers when he is off contract anyway

Yeah those comments were kinda strange, it's obvious they are sinking as a club. Their salary cap is an absolute mess and with Wayne's fairy dust it'll presumably get worse lol

Tevita has always loved an offload.
In under 16s he'd run for 30 metres and slowly more kids would pile on him and slow him down, and somehow he'd keep his arm free and slip a pass to Sione with half a team on his back.
 
It was reported on the weekend that Tevita said he would resign with the Donkeys to keep being coached by Bennett.

The more I see of him, the more I’m impressed. He started off the year red hot, especially that game against Cowboys. Past couple of games, I’m noticing his footwork and skill for such a big man. Sky is the limit for Pangai Junior. He has all the tools.
 
When does Bellamy finish up at Melbourne? Does it line up with Wayne's contract?

Even if not, Broncs could draw the line on Bennet a year early. As Bennet said of players, better to move them on a year too early than a year too late. He could be a victim of his own system.
 
Think if Bellamy wants then he gets, if not lined up with Broncos he could easy ask for a well paid one year extension at Storm and move to Broncos 2020 or have a years break, decide his future and take up options, his choice and will get what he wants IMO.

I doubt in my lifetime that i'll ever see a Broncos wooden spoon lol

Since I've been following NRL they've missed the finals once !!!

They are actually not far off a very good side tbh, they let Hunt go because they thought they'd get Taylor which has hurt them now because they don't have a marquee half. But it won't be long before they get one, there's so many good Queensland halves going around 1 will surely end up there.

If they hold TPJ, Haas, Lodge, Gillett and David Fifita ( not Andrew's brother ) they'll have the best pack in the game in a few years.

I still think they're a good chance to make the finals this season tbh, everyone is writing them off but they're still beating or competing against the best sides.

Green has re-signed with the Cows and Bellamy is re-signing with the Storm, I think Wayne will coach for another 2-3 years.
 
They should have got the spoon a couple of years ago when Gee sprouted $400,000 to get a certain player to the Club and clear his gambling debts. The Doncs self reported the breach to the NRL, Gee took off and refused to answer questions and as per usual they were allowed to get away with it scot free.

Again Pangai went ok, chase him, sign him, very similar player, work rate to Esee, nice to have them both, played lots of minutes, tackles well, lots of runs.
 
I’m a big fan of Pangai and what he brings to the table. Think his ceiling is really high. He and Ah Mau would be awesome.
