State of Orgin 3, 2023

For the quickness of fox. He is absolutely terrible in the yardage game. Such a powderpuff in the way he hits the line. Always brings his feet together into contact. Will never make pcm doing that.
I think he does give it his all, he just doesn’t have a great body for that aspect of the game. But his brilliance in attack (and really good defence) more than make up for it.

5 tries for Best in his last 2 games and a fair chance at another swag of tries on Friday.

Good on the Newy boys!! Was cheering loud every time they even were near the ball :D
JSaf held his on in the middle and Best was a beast!

You don’t think it’ll be Edwards or Drinkwater if Teddy is gone?

I would actively bet against Freddy ever picking Trell at fullback.
Don’t see Teddy or Turbo next year, age, injuries etc, both been great , but time to get back to best players in own positions, Teddy and Turbo out Latrell is best F/b, Edwards and others considered if injuries. Best on tonight’s performance is front runner for left centre but must perform leading up to SOO 2024., up to him

Yeah interesting decision. Based on this unless Teddy is killing it next season, might have a played his final game at F/B.

Either F/B of left center Trell is in the side. They’re a few ways the blues could go. But if you go with specialists positions. Trell at the back. Best and Graham. But all should come down to form next year. Bradman has definitely put himself in a strong position.

I wonder if Bradman was the youngest Knight to ever play origin at 21?
I'm sure some younger guys have played origin over the long history, but I can't think of a Knight who made the team very young.

Did anyone else see the cross to the change room at halftime where Addo-Carr was in animated discussion with Best?
Best was sitting there, paying very close attention to what the fox was saying. It kind of looked like a school kid getting roused on by a teacher, but it was probably just a plan being put together.
