Tommy Rodonikus to coach the blues. At least he will teach them how to fight. Call it what you want Newcastle need to sign O'Donell aggressive and will have a crack. That taylor bloke what a big *****. Inglis needs his head taken off cocky little *******. Let's just get some biff and smash Em.

We hardly need players who do stupid things like that and will get suspended for a long time.

Cheap shots on opposition is the opposite of having a crack, it just shows you have no brain cells and like spending time ont he sideline!!!

Hayne
Weyman
TLL
Ennis
Barrett

LOD, Gallen along with Hindmarsh were our only good forwards in the game. should be the starting backline next year.

If we dropped everyone you wanted dropped then we'd just be watching McManus kicking his ball to a dog every week.

My top player to be ousted in the origin is Hayne. Yeah he's good at club level but S*** at Origin.

He wasn't any worse than Gidley was in game 1, tbh.

Nah, see, the selectors are like a Senate, basically they just rubber-stamp and approve what the coach wants, and if the coach cant decide on a few players theyll duke it out and choose.

I don't think that's true, Bellamy said after game one that he hoped the selectors would keep the same side for game two, which they definitely didn't do.

Bellamy has shown he cannot get a side together in a week though, we need a FULL-TIME ORIGIN COACH!!!!!

You are right about Bellamy not being able to coach a team in a week, but it's difficult when you get a vastly different side every week! The only time the NSW selectors seem to have any faith is between game 2 and 3, when the series is already gone.

If Bellamy steps down or is sacked, the only decent candidate for the job that I can see is Des Hasler.

Cos he said something that wasnt at all racist LOL.

Umm, what part about this topic has been done to death don't you understand? I mentioned in the Johns coaching the Knights halves thread to keep it on topic, I'd have thought you'd be able to work out that it hardly needed to be brought up again here.

Fast track to mod if you don't post with some sense.

i think its clear that

1. NSW need to get a team of young guys and stick with it and cop another 3 loses or whatever it takes

2. The best coach is a load of bull****, he cheated with grappling techniques and had a team over the cap, i dont think he is a super coach at all

3. hayne is most overrated player in game, he is slow and lazy, is out of position at fullback, at least gildey positions himself right and makes ground hayne didnt make hardly any yards this game, he gets the ball and dances with it its pathetic

If we dropped them and replaced them with players that deserved to be there, we may exactly win for once.

He wasn't any worse than Gidley was in game 1, tbh.

Please. Gidley was 10 fold better then Hayne was tonight.

I made one little comment about something someone else has said, and then went on topic.

But thanks for the threat :) i appreciate it

What we need to do is get rid of all the selectors. Let the coach pick the team that he wants to coach!

That's exactly what I was saying. Everyone thinks that Bellamy selects the team but there are NSW selectors that decide that. Let's let the coach select who he wants then judge him from there.

The funny thing is no one ever seems to blame the selectors. Its always the coaches fault.

I hear that! Who ever blames Loz after the loss? Like they say, the only time the selectors are loyal is between game 2 and 3 when the series is gone.

The one little comment wasn't required, it's been discussed ad nauseum.

If you choose to see it as a threat that's up to you - I'm just stating the consequences if you do not follow simple requests from admin and mods.

Bellamy was picked for two reasons. Firstly, because he was coaching a team that was winning premierships/getting through finals. Secondly, the QLD key positions were made up of current and former Melbourne players (Cronk, Smith, Slater, Inglis, Falou, Crocker etc) so he could give NSW some info about how to shut it down.

Well his team turned out to have a couple of illegally funded superstars and well I don't think he's given NSW an inch in terms of how to shut down their key players. He's holding back and has a conflict of interest.

I don't know why you people want to drop Barrett, he was giving it all, hitting the line and making some good tackles. I also think people have too much hate for Hayne, there wasn't much he could do. He couldn't run back on the inside of Pearce or Barrett as much as he wanted because our forwards were shocking.

All Saints players on our side had a shocker. Morris was the only one who did alright, despite coming in a bit, but that was partly Cooper's fault for squashing the line and allowing Tonga to get on the outside. Also Cooper tried to be a hero way too many times and tried to beat Tonga by himself which failed so hard. Weyman is so friggin slow. Creagh was way too quiet and should be used off the bench as an impact player.

Cooper was nonsense. Jennings should of been there, at least he would have offered us something in attack. Again it's a moot point. Who should've and shouldn't have is pointless at this time, NSW lost again. So much for Hayne being that saviour!

Hayne, Monaghan, Barret why dont all of you name the whole team? Why cant all of you just put the blame on the whole team? IMO noone had a standout game, worst game from NSW ever and thats all! I even felt like cheering for QLD in the end, QLD played with passion NSW cant even think of. geez pick players on form or NSW will never win if not NSW selectors can wipe their asses with a sandpaper and eat it for all I care

You seemed to be the only one that payed attention to it, so i dont see what the big problem is, but fair enough.

Or make simple mistakes cos i wasnt aware of this request. Big forum, cant get around to reading every post.

Actually I reckon Barrett couldn't have done anything more. And Beau Scott did alright to get into Inglis' face. Like from a football perspective he wasn't amazing, but Inglis was quieter than usual down that end.

O'donnell and Gallen to face lengthy bans

-O'Donnell could miss the rest of the year
-Thaiday could also be in trouble

O'Donnell deserves it for that spear tackle, the only thing he could have been thinking was to hurt the Queensland player. You don't just life the legs up like that for any other reason. Then attmpting a head butt didn't leave much doubt, either! Can't believe he wasn't sent, very soft refs.

As for Gallen, I didn't think it was that bad, but what a stupid thing to say to the ref, he's signed his own suspension warrant there. He gave away penalties and made errors as usual, another shocking origin from him.

I thought Scott done considerbly well. I thought he owned Inglis tonight! When he picked Inglis up and dropped him I was cheering. When things got a bit much for Greg ( after Scott smashed him ) he had to resort to jersey grabbing and fighting.
