Seibold to the Knights rumour

If Furner is to leave for family reasons, I'd be seeing if Dean Pay would like to resurrect his career here. Furner has done wonders with the defence. Pay as a defensive coach could bring more of those qualities which have made the doggies resilient and hard to break down.

Anyone think Seibs has a bit of the Brian Smith about him, very complicated game plans and not many people skills?
 
Brian Smith at least experience success and he coached teams who were never that great on paper, if they did well it was because of him. Definately overachieved with some of those teams making GFs and Minor Premiereships as well.

It's a shame he isn't being courted as an assistant.

Do you personally know Siebold because AOB does and im starting to think that what went on at the Donkey's was all about the guys running the place and less about Seibold .
 
It doesn't matter who the Broncos appoint, they need to get rid of their News/Fox influences from the board/front office because there are people there who clearly have no clue how to run a footy club and this is minus all the inside leaks that happened through said influences.

It's probably why Bennett wanted to get out when he did why they are pushing for their own guys in Ikin (who would be a laughable appointment and is way underqualified) and Walters to get jobs. It's a poisoned chalice for whoever goes there and it was funny when Seibold got there it wasn't a mess with three of the biggest salary cap thieves but now the narrative has changed that it's a rebuilding job and fans need to be patient.
It's probably the one thing you can bank on that Bennett won't be back at the Broncos for a third time unless said clean out happens.

Some players have kind of debunked this over the years going back to Nathan Hindmarsh in his bio. Even though back then those tactics were kind of new they basically used to pin point guys who they thought would be a weak link in the defence and run at them 3 or 4 times a set of 6 hoping to get a break.

What about at Souths... not many Souths players came out in support for him and it’s common knowledge that Maguire blames him for knifing his back to take over as head coach. Last 2 clubs have ended badly.

Hope Ben Ikin gets the job, he was the first to prove to me that just cause you have glass's you aren't smart lol.

Ikin CEO and Kevvie as the coach will make seibold days look like heaven for them.
 
Seibold has been offered a lifeline by Eddie Jones to help coach England in Rugby.

Once James Hooper said his mail was pretty solid that Seibold was coming to Newcastle to assist O’Brien I think we could all thankfully rest assured knowing he won’t be coming based off Hooper’s accuracy in the past and the fact he has no clue about the knights much like the entire Sydney media. And it gets proven time and time again
 
Can someone tell us what the advisory role Seibold has been given by the knights on the herald site?

"advisory" role. God only knows.

Wests paying the bills though so they must approve, whatever his role is.
