Seriously, what has he ever done? He had a high ceiling in Canberra and looked the goods. But other than that he’s no better than an average player who gets injured regularly and hangs out with grubs.

He was okay at the Dragons and competent, when he was playing. Think he played some Origin and defensively he was good.

But his Sharks contract was a disaster. Going back and reading everyone saying how he wasn't worth more then 750k, and yet the Sharks paid him 900k nearly because he wanted it?? lols.

On further reading Dugan was so unmotivated to push on that he tried to convince the Sharks to apply for medical retirement to which they said based off his past, was unlikely.

But I mean try your luck, considering Burgess' salary got laughable wiped off the Souths books!

Yeah the sharks a few years ago had the same problem some teams like us, warriors, etc seem to have with signing about a million utility hookers but with the fullbacks..

There was a while there they had Moylan, holmes and dugan all on good $$$ all wanting to play fullback lol
