It will come down to how the team goes, if he was in a team that wins the majority of their games he'd be a shoe in i reckon

A team that wins the majority of their games would have other big names taking up the points & Ponga would probably be on the wing with far less influence on the result. Playing fullback here & at the centre of our entire game plan he has massive influence every time we win & like R_A said, even when we lose games, he's bound to jag a point here & there as well.

1. He Rucks with intent and determination
2. Closes the gaps on the inside by increase off the ball effort
3. Tackles with purpose

There is no reason he can’t achieve Taumolo like figures with a little lift in attitude
