This is 100% true everything is coming along nicely unless injuries or serious bad form no need for resting players. Knights have a serious chance of holding a top 4 spot. Only 20 rounds aswell and who knows what/or if there be a second Covid wave then the season gets further delayed like the AFl has.
 
Don't think it's a bad idea but probably one I'd save for when Jason Taumalolo isn't on the other team. Don't want to outsmart yourself and be on the back foot from the get-go. Against sides like Titans, Warriors, Bulldogs I expect we'll see changes.
 
Shibasaki saying he was dropped because he came back from the covid layoff out of shape.
Says he doesn't know if he's in this week, but all the interviewers seemed to think he would be.

Either a complete error of judgement or just showing his age (although isn’t he supposed to be proper mature??). Either way, disappointing but the chosen centre boys will be encouraged and have already done the job.
 
The explanation given is that the NRL changed the rules so that you could visit family, so he jumped in the car and drove down to the central coast, but apparently he needed to get the NRL to approve the visit beforehand. They must have needed a note from his mum saying she wouldn't kiss little Brady.

Thought Best being out it may have been ideal time to give Tau a shot, happy with Tuala and Shibs if thats the case though.
 
At least he's only missing the Cowboys game, on recent form Shibs and Tuala should be able to get the job done against the cows.

Fingers crossed we take them seriously, and put them to the sword. Knights teams of old would consider this game a park walk and end up losing, think as long as we play smart and shut down Lolo we should be fine.

Only thing that upsets me about Best being out is i miss out on the Fantasy points he would have racked up against their woeful edge defence :'(

He’s only played about 5 First Grades in over 2 years. Are we even sure he’s still up to it?

Not sure to be honest but id rather find out against the Cowboys then later in the season if injuries / suspension force OBIs hand
 
He has to spend a week away from the team and I think he lives with a few, so his punishment for visiting his mum will probably be to spend a week in isolation at his mums place.
