I said this and got told on here that I was crazy , it was true though he played well and even the commentators said they didn't miss Johnson in those games because Lino played so well.
 
Possibly Lino is better when running the show rather than playing alongside someone like Johnson or Pearce, thought Lamb was better when running the show rather than playing alongside Pearce, some are better leading rather than following.
Hope he goes well this week, we could do with a win

Blake Green would have been running the show at the Warriors last year and Lino would have been a support half.
I think he will go good along side Pearce.
He won't over play his hand but he can still kick and pass when needed unlike Watson.
Also his running game isn't bad.
 
Lino was very good at support play in that massive Warriors under 20s side that blew every other team off the park. Those big units were always looking to offload, and Lino was nearly always waiting for the offload and was good at deciding if he should run or pass when he got one.
Lino probably should have the job of following Klem every run, looking for an offload.
 
Just watched the throwback clip from 99 v dragons. Shows a Newcastle side that just doesn't give up! Everyone got involved. Brilliant try on the bell too.

One of the best games I’ve seen. 2 brilliant attacking sides at their best. Some great moments in that one.
 
How good was the Gidley flick?

They said on 360 the other week that because of the St Gearge Illarwarra merger that year they didn't have to operate under the cap and their squad was sitting at around the 9mil mark.
 
Frizell or no Frizell, they’re still going to be tough to beat. Anyone who thinks they’ll be easy beats are kidding themselves. Don’t think we’ll beat them even at home, they always find a way to beat us.
 
Can’t wait for this game I have a feeling we will blow them off the park. Really exited to watch Mason Lino been a fan since day 1. It’s nice to be back.

Watson won’t be anywhere near origin. Not to say he ever won’t play, but that’s a ridiculous call.
 
Does anyone read anymore? No where did they mention Origin, Soward was just talking Lino up, saying how Watson might be in a battle with Mann for the utility spot.
