I can actually see us winning this one. That’s kind of been the pattern this year. Wighton at this point is genuinely a negative to his team, not a help - him being fit improves our chances, not theirs.

I think if we do win, we should try to keep a lid on our excitement. These players have shown they can fire up and get a win every few weeks. The real test is what they do in the next game, and the next one after that…
 
I was just comparing the lineups and our team on paper is miles ahead of theirs.

Their backline is trash. That being said I have no confidence whatsoever. Canberra have been having a real dig the last few weeks and we haven’t.

It’s approaching must win territory for us and I have no faith in these blokes to stand up. Hopefully they prove me wrong..

I think that’s what the team does. Look at themselves on paper and think they will walk it in
 
The deciding factor on winning games isnt talent unfortunately. Its heart, its desire.

We lack both. Im constantly just amazed, and demoralised, that we cant seem to get ourselves to a level where win or lose, we are in their scrapping for everything.

Anything less is not acceptable, and it has been acceptable for far too long.

That’s the part that makes me doubtful. Knights and “must win” or “should win” always accompany a Knights loss. I expect our season to be done tonight.
 
Hi boys, I am down in the capital proudly wearing my Knights gear around town today, hopefully we can smash em tonight so I can keep wearing it all week. Go the Mighty Knights

Oh ok I hope so they said in the press conference this morning there would be no games including in Townsville if players were coming from the effected areas.
