Professional foul really?
That's the ball game. What the hell was Lee thinking?
There is no way you can argue he definately would have scored with our defence coming in and him being 10 metres out.
Better to go to bin than give up a try?
Yeah that's why it wasn't a penalty try.
That's text book definition of professional foul though
They can talk up Melbourne as much as possible but we handed the game to them with our horrible handling and missing our best forward and number 9.
Good lesson for the back oend of the year.
We know what its going to take to be a top 4 team and a GF contender come September, now to lick the wounds and fight back next week.
2 weeks for our next game. Griffin would have to be edging close to a return, say he'll have a stint in NSW cup though.
3 home games in a row apparently which wont hurt.
Barnett is going to be suspended. Guerra back in.
On a positive Pearce being poor has probably cost him an origin jumper I'd suggest.
Barnett’s suspension is a lucky break for Fitzgibbon, because he was awful today
You'd assume, apparently Guerra playing half a game in NSW cup tomorrow and next week should be raring to go.
**** poor performance, Really frustrating
Way to **** up our for and against
Is it just me or did Saifiti plays small minutes??
I wouldnt say Pearce has been poor, just the team has been poor not giving him any platform to do anything from.
I think this could be a good loss to take. Won 6 in a row, not going to go rest of year without a loss. We didnt turn up today, a timely reality check.
Yeah our rotation was awful.
Glasby was hurt but still played big minutes.
Was going to happen eventually. We had been playing decent footy up until then. I didn't watch much but the surface looked pretty poor? Wonder what was said at H/T
Mann was bad, storm ignored him were and were all over Pearce.
Same thing will happen in origin if they go with cleary/pearce
No shame in losing to Melbourne in Melbourne but would've been nice to have a close game and for our for and against not take such a huge blow. Surface was terrible on a side note. Not sure why they would schedule a union game and NRL game so close on the same surface as whoever plays the 2nd game will have to cop it.
TIME TO BOUNCE BACK AT HOME AGAINST THE DONKEYS!!!
