Pearce crowned games best half is a bit out there based on the fact his form is down. The best are consistent. It's early days but he better step up for the year to keep his "crown"

In the same article, Daniel was due for scans yesterday and the best case scenario (before the scans) was a month off.

I like that Hoy goes back to reserves with some good footy under his belt.
I remember Wayne Bennett saying he liked to give rookies a handful of games and send them back when they are in good form to work on any things that came up, because if you sent them back after they'd had a shocker, a lot of them lost heart and never made it back to top grade.
So anyway, Hoy has some things to work on, but he also has a lot of positives to come out of his time so far. He'll be a better player next time he gets a chance.

Nice to see those injured players return ... definitely missed their spark.

Barnett will probably take a few games to get up to speed.
Watson will rip in like he always does and should add the spark we need.
Sione has only missed a few weeks and wasn't physically injured, so he should just take up where he left off.

hope so.

Roberts plays right centre so I guess Gagai will play left? Kinda takes away his right foot step and left arm fend. I certainly hope we can find him in in attack though.
