Wonder if there’s time for him to get back for the final, if it’s a simple fracture.
Maybe with a Mal Meninga arm braceWonder if there’s time for him to get back for the final, if it’s a simple fracture.
Yeah looked pretty rusty and combinations not quite there yet. Was the same for both sides tbh.NZ should’ve won this game comfortably, they’ve blown so many opportunities
It was like he had a second arm with that thing.Maybe with a Mal Meninga arm brace
No - 6 weeks is the quickest return for any fracture, even if it's a greenstick fracture (the minimal type of damage)Wonder if there’s time for him to get back for the final, if it’s a simple fracture.
Blayke Brailey returned from one in three weeks this year.No - 6 weeks is the quickest return for any fracture, even if it's a greenstick fracture (the minimal type of damage)
Jahrome Hughes came back in three weeks from surgery on a fractured forearm last year as well - Seems like recent advances (and extremely tough players) have brought the timeframe down - NRL physio said the fastest before Hughes was Webcke in 2000 at 5 weeks.Blayke Brailey returned from one in three weeks this year.
That was a famous one with Webcke back in the day, he played the GF with a big Meninga-style guard as well.Jahrome Hughes came back in three weeks from surgery on a fractured forearm last year as well - Seems like recent advances (and extremely tough players) have brought the timeframe down - NRL physio said the fastest before Hughes was Webcke in 2000 at 5 weeks.
On his form tonight, Gags will certainly be missed going forward.Gagai so brilliant, going to miss him next year
Storm definitely no guarantees to make the top 8 next season, they have declining halves. Our halves will only improve.Well that’s my interest in this tournament plummeting if KP is out lol. Kini is a fair player but multiple tiers below Kalyn. They won’t win without him.
Illuminating game nonetheless. Put Hughes and Ponga in the same team, with good but not absolutely top class players at 9 and 6, and it becomes pretty blindingly clear who’s better, if there was ever doubt. Almost every good Hughes involvement was just getting Kalyn the ball lol.
I think we go into next season with the best spine in the NRL.
