Yeah if I'm engaging with it seriously: No. His market value would be very similar to Dylan Brown's (he's a better player than Dylan, but hookers make less than halves and fullbacks). You don't even think about adding another salary like that for a guy who'll turn 30 the season he arrives, if you haven't already locked down - for as long as possible - the kid you have wearing #6 who'll turn 24 that season, who is *comfortably* the best spine prospect your club has produced since Andrew Johns & Danny Buderus.
Also, lowkey, Phoenix Crossland is pretty high on the list of "best internally developed spine players" for our club too at this point. It matters. Hooker is not a weakness in our roster. Spine talent/creativity generally is not a weakness. You recruit to fill weaknesses, not further bolster strengths.
But we can only wish he does what all players do when going to the rorters, "I took unders to play at the Knights as it has always been my dream"
