Recruitment And Retention Discussion

Wonderful news, great outcome.

I honestly feel we are going to have to pick between Safiti and Best.

With Frizzel going. and Marata Niukore coming, our prop stocks are weak for next year, Mooney is still developing, as are Hopwood and Crouch, and Psaulo is decent but bog average.

Roster wise I think we get more from a 3 year deal from Jacob.

Hopefully we have enough money to retain Hunt and him, and Winter can Duke it out, the other being first drop when there is an injury.
I’d very surprised if Jacob signs anywhere else, he basically said he’d take what’s left. After spending a good chunk of the year injured and now the most important part suspended, I’d hope they can organise a cost effective deal for the club. He was well looked after last contract

Besides, I doubt salary cap allocation makes you choose between a front rower and a back. I’m sure there’s certain amounts allocated to the spine, forwards, and then backs.

Same ESPN sources that baselessly claim Knights could be after Bostock are claiming the Tigers as a potential landing spot for Tyson Frizell, who I assume is as good as gone now.
