I'm sure the knights were about $50 at the start of the year
and lol @ souths

The Knights were $34 at the start of year but went down to $31 after two rounds now they're back to $34. Me and a mate of mine threw $20 each on our NRL into our AFL team Essendon$26 to win the comp massive long shot $40 bet for a return of $35360. How good would that be! :)

The languishing South Sydney Rabbitohs have been installed as the new NRL wooden spoon favourites by leading sports betting agency, Lasseters.

The Bunnies are now at just $3.00 to take out the all-too-familiar distinction, after an injury-ravaged start to the season.

The Canberra Raiders started the comp as favourites for the spoon, but a couple of wins have them blowing out to $8.00, ahead of the Penrith Panthers at $5.00.

Meanwhile, defending premiers Melbourne have lost ground slightly as favourites for the premiership after a couple of indifferent performances, slipping out to $4.00.

They are, however, still well-ahead of second favourites, Brisbane, which is at $6.50.

Lasseters' odds:

Dragons are good value, for the spoon.

Roosters are worth a punt for premiers and Cowboys are worth a punt for spoon.

Might have to work on throwing some money on them tomorrow.

I really don't pay much attention the betting odds. The bookies are wrong more than 50% of the time. Knights at $34 is a joke, knights-no-7 said, there are a number of teams they should be placed above.
