Pearce release - should we just cut bait?

Should Junior be granted his release if the club “can’t find a replacement”?

He really really understands how to play - how to structure a set, manipulate the defensive line, make sure your guys are in the right position and running the right lines. He doesn’t have a freakishly accurate boot but he’s very smart about putting in the *right* kick. His stats aren’t gonna blow you away but I’m fairly convinced at this point that if it was us who signed him, and gave him that #7 jersey, we’d be going forward better, playing smarter, and getting Kalyn in much better positions. Always rated Hastings, had some anger issues to sort out... Tough bloke didnt take any ones crap.. My type of bloke to be honest unlike some of the sooks that call themselves men these days
 
I don’t think they’re good enough mate. I reckon North Queensland are better let alone Parra. Which will be tough scenes given where Chad Townsend used to play…
 
I was just informed which I'm sure most of us knew was a possibility...

Fitzgibbon + Others informed the club that Mitch had to go they didn't want to play with him after what he did...

Believe it or not but this is reliable as can be...

Off field issues affect teams more than anyone knows, after all they are human beings like the rest of us...

It was already a slow death.

If we kept him, no doubt the sentiment would have been Pearcey is done, team is still underperforming, he's getting in the way of Ponga and Clifford, why didn't we let him go to France when we had the chance to get rid of him.

Might have won a couple more of the close games but. Awesome, go team. We just ripped the bandaid off.

Our roster isn't weak go through it position by position we have a lot of current and former rep players in the side, we have some gaps, halves is definately a problem, could probably do with another back rower and some more depth in some positions but the rest of it is solid.

The team is under performing for what ever the reason but just because people are playing bad doesn't make them bad.

Knights unite is that a fkn joke? You have to be taking the ****.
