Webster - Hull KR (ast. 5 years), Tigers (2 years in system, ast. 3 years + 2 games head coach) & Panthers (ast. 3 years + 1 game head coach).
Ciraldo - Panthers (ast. 9 years + 7 games head coach) & Italy Rugby League (head coach 1 year WC).
Ryles - Storm (ast. 5 years), Eng. Rugby (skills coach 1 year), Roosters (ast. 1 year + 1 game head coach) & Rugby Australia (ast. 1 WC year).
Fitzgibbon - Roosters (ast. 11 years) & Country NSW (head coach 2 years).

He's been involved with our NRL side since he retired mid 2021, as an assistant or a consultant in some capacity. Sounds like he has a lot of potential but for me it's way too early.
He was originally meant to go from playing early 2021 to coaching our first NRLW side later that same year after he announced he'd retire.

So get him coaching a lower grade side. Let him spend a few seasons coaching there and building up experience.

Say the next coach is Holbrook, get him in here and give him every resource to succeed. At the same time, get Green coaching lower grade side and get him in the coaches box during NRL games. Get him as much experience running a side as we can before Holbrook departs, then, hand him the NRL team.

AOB from all reports was a great guy but came across arrogant at times, and didn’t always communicate to fans and the media well. Which makes you question what the message/communication was like in the dressing room.

Sam Burgess's coaching career looks to be heading into terminal decline. A string of loses against much lower ranked opponents and today losing to Salford, who are in.financisl crisis and relying on loan players to field 17 players every week. He'll never coach in the NRL.

He's had a bad few weeks for sure, but when ya team goes from being one of the better teams in the comp under him to losing against some weaker sides I think the coaching isn't the issue. I think their is a few other contributing factors coz his coaching has won a lot of good games as well... Saying he'll never coach in the NRL is dumb, is he ready now? Probably not, but there's no doubt in my mind he'll be a good chance for the Rabbitohs job when its up next

Interesting. Well Joey mentioned coaching the Titans compared to coaching Newcastle would be like coaching kindergarten.

It’s weight of expectation in Newcastle. But I’m not fazed, the more time goes I feel Hollbrook is the best candidate.

He has the runs on the board. I felt he was a bit unlucky at the Titans. They put in some good performances under him.
