My NSW team for '10

3. Cooper
4. Jennings

Sack the Selectors. The coach should choose what he thinks is the best team and therefore if he fails, he deserves the sack.

Completely agree, the coach should pick the team he'd work best with and could win the series with. The selectors other than Daley don't work with the team so really should have no authority over the team.

Hmm, but then you get the situation of a bunch of Melbourne nuffys getting selected (Turner, Quinn, White, Cross). If the selectors are to be sacked, then there also has to be a rule stating that the NSW coach cannot be a club coach.

Selectors definitely need to stay. Just be replaced!

Not really. He can choose whoever he wants. Or maybe sack both of them and get someone who ain't bias and doesn't coach any other team besides NSW.
 
:think:... Id prefer Bellamy to choose who he wants in his side anyways. Just sack the selectors, took them long enough to choose a side that would win. Their selections this origin series has been aweful IMO. If it wasn't for a couple of players, I reckon we would've lost Origin III just coz they stuck with the Wolfman.
 
Except Bellamy doesn't seem too keen on sticking with the job, so it's a perfect opportunity to bring in someone like Folkes, Gould or Raudonikis.

He was pretty much the reason we lost game 2.

If not for him in that game, I reckon it'd be NSW holding up the shield now.

Josh Morris ahead of Tahu in the centres? Josh Morris was lucky that QLD didnt go to his side in Origin III that much, but most of the times they did go to his side, he was made a monkey by Hodges.
 
I hope Tahu isnt selected in Origin just because of his decorated past. He has been out of the NRL for a few years now, and he should only be selected if his form warrants it. Or else we could have another Jamie Lyon situation

Maybe Aussie will select him for the Tri Nations at end of the year, like they did with Lyon? :lol:
