Official: Josh Starling signs with the Knights on a one-year deal

I must see the game differently to alot of you. He was ok at Souths and has gone downhill quite abit at Manly over time from what I've seen.

I'm sure the best indigenous talent will join just because we have NRL star Josh Starling on our books.

I think Stockwell needs to visit more hospitals this offseason.

Community work attracts sponsors, makes the kids look up to the club having players who use their public influence for the good of the club is a great quality

Forever? Please go back and find all the posts ive done about her..... Youll be searching for a while. Stop trying to sound so witty. It isnt working for you.

From what I have seen he will be no worse than a Matt Prior at the Sharks.

A one year deal on small money to create some extra depth is good business by us

Getting some good signings now, nothing great or fantastic, but good, solid.
It will really test our brownys coaching, taking a team full of potential but average at best and turning them into a genuine force.

I don't know why you guys think we are going to sign some top shelf player. Why would someone of that caliber join the team that has the last two spoons, and won one game all year? Especially since the word at the club is the party is over and the expectation is hard yacca, and if you don't cut it you can play lower grades.

Those guys are hunting premierships and looking after their legacy. These signings are not what we want, but what we need at the moment. All part of the medicine we must take to claw our way back to being a competitive team.

We must earn respect before we will get any.

That's exactly right , we need to become a 9-12 team with plenty of potential because of our young guys before big names will come , we need to work our way up the ladder , these signings probably don't make us a top 8 team but if we can be challenging for the top 8 in 2018 or even 2017 that's when the names will want to come because our young blokes will really be hitting there straps by then
