We never seem to say we will win due to our playing ability, we always seem to look at the other team to see who they got out to win.

It's more of a comment about what sort of result would be acceptable this weekend, I personally know not to expect anything here and I'm sure the team doesn't either given our position on the ladder. I have some reservations about selections made for this game and it'll be interesting to see how they play out, such an important game to win leading into our bye and dropping Clifford back in after 1 solid NSW Cup game seems a risky play unless Clune's knee has gotten worse. No outside backs cover on the bench is concerning as well, we can't afford to run Barnett in the centres for 75mins if we lose someone straight away.
Anyway this is the plan AOB has decided to run with and it's his career on the line so goodluck to him.

Interested to see how Clifford will go and whether he falls apart again during the game.

Yep would definitely have preferred he had 3 cup games to prove himself and if he killed it he could earn a spot back with some confidence behind him after the bye.
Caveat is of course Clune's fitness which I haven't seen any more news on.
