Reckon Winter might get a crack at fullback this week? Might be a good chance for him coming in as injury cover with a bit less pressure on him. The SG Ball team is pretty stacked with quality in the backs so it wouldn't disadvantage them too much (although we are falling behind a little there).
 
I may be wrong but I’m sure they were talking about a jaw issue during the game on Sunday? He did continue to play so maybe it’s not that
 
Personally I hope we keep the 21 year old who's been at worst our second best player through 2 rounds.

Would've been a good week to give Winter a run at fullback against the men with SG Ball having a bye. Aoake has filled in at fullback in the past and I don't think you're losing a lot with him there compared to Votano (goalkicking aside), but does feel like a bit of a placeholder pick.
 
We have come from two strong wins against relatively weaker sides, but this week the warriors will prove a good test. In my opinion only, certainly not a game I would introduce a sg ball player to.

I’m sure he’s just injured but,

Not sure the timing on Arthur’s contract, but the junior i think has the most potential for success is Diesel Hagan. He’s obviously still years away from first grade, but maybe the club doesn’t see the need in developing multiple players of similar ilk.

Notes this is purely speculative. I personally think we should keep Arthur for at least the next few years if we can.

only way we'd get that forward early is if we give them someone good

Eh it depends. If it’s Niukore, he makes a lot of money and he doesn’t fill a position of need, they may just want some of his cap space back. That’s what our early release for D Saf was - “we’re not going to make you go, but we can’t/won’t offer anything like what you’re on now, so if you take a look around and see an opportunity now, we won’t stand in your way”.
