No way that should have been a try. Without Dufty’s touch Cody would have lost control of the ball. He was borderline offside from the kick too.

Don't think he was offside. But can you say he'd have lost it without the other player's hand ... if he never actually lost it? Hand was 100% on the ball the whole time, he never lost possession. I see what you're saying, but I think as ugly as it was, it was a try.
 
Yeah i think it was a try, but a flukey try that if called no try wouldnt have been overturned. Also that one of walkers from the kick that ricocheted but into himself and stops dead? Bloody footy gods and arsey tries.
 
The problem is, in the past, any suggestion that 2 players on the same team touched the ball together when catching the ball was always disallowed. New interpretations always seem to happen when it's us.
