NRL Round 6 - Tigers Vs Knights - 4:05pm Sunday, 12th April - Campbelltown Sports Stadium

Kinda worried about this one and think the tigers might get up.

I'm hoping sub consciously we don't take them lightly and they get the jump on us.

They are playing confident and pretty decent footy, stopping their second phase is going to be key.

So far we have gone 2 wins loss this year hoping we can go 3 in a row.

They should definitely be more worn out than us. Expecting WDC to have a phenomenal game, and our defence to frustrate and tire the tigers before we destroy them. I trust in Holbrook and believe he is a far better coach than Marshall.

I actually reckon the Tigers might be a bit flat after Monday's match.

Definitely a lot better than in previous seasons but confident we can beat them.
I was thinking the same about the Tigers, but then thought we also had a pretty big win that might have drained us a bit. So maybe it evens out. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I think they might be a bit flat too. Golden Point game and short turn around. Eels aren’t very good and they only just one despite Eels having a tonne of injuries

Their win against the Warriors was very impressive but that’s about it.

Will be interesting to see how we go though because they’re the only in form team we’ve played besides the Wahs

Have you thought we could win any game yet this season? Lol

No I haven't if I'm being honest, something to do with how crap we have been in recent years.

Also tigers are the only other in form team we will play, we already lost one of those.

In 2 weeks we will play the form team, which noone compares to.

It’s pleasing to see that the Panthers side are beatable. They made a lot of errors and there completion rate was low (65%). Dogs quick line speed bothered them, and they targeted the space between Talungi and McClean, with Galvin linking with Preston. I’m sure all the coaches would have been taking notes.

Article where Mat Croker talks about his relationship with Jock Madden from when they were two country kids travelling to play for the Knights.

The odd thing is that Crossland isn't mentioned, because Madden and Crossland were almost joined at the hip all through the juniors, for the Knights and for NSW. They both had strengths and weaknesses, but made a great partnership because Jock had brains and skills and Pheonix had toughness and a high workrate, and they both knew their strengths and did their part perfectly.
