McCarthy has earnt it, but I keep thinking Fletcher Hunt just looks safe as houses and a threat every time he touches the ball. He's not just the Aldi version of Fletcher Sharpe - he's a natural footballer in his own right.

I’m not confident. The Tigers have improved a lot and we’ve gone backwards. With so many injuries I can’t see us winning even at home.

I hope so too but am not too confident. He isn't the best ball player and doesn't often take the best option when presented with more than one option taking the ball to the line.
Hopefully he keeps it very simple and just passes out the back more often than he goes short and kicks long and deep.

It’d be a great effort if we do. I’ve set the bar low though, I just want to see us score a try.
As for Cogger he won’t be missed. Crossland is an average attacking player but offers more than Cogger because he isn’t late career Danny Buderus slow like Cogger is. Obviously a huge upgrade defensively too.
It gives Arthur a shot too and he’s already the best attacking hooker at the club. Can’t wait to see him go around.
