I hate how wrong I was about Dom’s departure hurting us, but finally having a speed merchant out wide in Sharpe opens the field up so much. The opposing left edge either maintains their width and leaves more gaps in the line to exploit, or they come up and in too hard and we’ve always got Sharpe or Gagai (whose top speed isn’t elite but he still has a great first twenty metres) to attack the space on the right.

Lucas and Best on the left not bad to have either.

it's why i've always thought Lucas needs to be starting on the left. Such a good line runner, great change of direction, good leg drive. Far more dangerous close to the line. Try to somewhat replicate what Fitz offered us last season. KPP just doesn't offer that.
