I'll get the ball rolling on next week's thread early, because there's a bit of team naming discussion to be had! Who will be in, who will be out, and can we rebound from a huge effort tonight to beat the Broncos away?

A big match in the context of our season ... definitely time to add another two points to our tally!

Will need a few changes, Ponga and McEwen replacing Sharpe and Lucas with Sharpe back to 6 and Smith to 7.
Fwds, Moodey, Crossland, Hopwood, Manu, McEwen and Croker.
Bench. Graham, Frizell, Jones, Crouch, Ext. Cant, McCarthy, ESL
Leaving Gags out rested and avoiding him v Broncos

Might not be a bad thing putting gagai back, he might have an absolute blinder against his future team.

If gags is fit I'm sure he will take his spot, however I have been very impressed with Hunt.

I’m curious to see if Holbrook will consider playing Sandon on the left and Sharpe on the right in the halves. Sandon is a right foot kicker from memory so I guess right side will be better in that regards.

Is there any indication Ponga will be back? Club seemed pretty tight-lipped in the lead up to this week in not giving too much away about his injury.

If he's unavailable do we consider Hunt to fullback? Or is it time to bring Votano in?

No Dylan x2 is not good news, Lucas was in the midst of a career best season. Sucks how the Rugby League Gods work..

Holbrook seemed to expect Ponga back and was hopeful of McEwen as well in the presser.

It didn't help with the team being totally switcheroo'ed all over the place after he went off, but I thought we lost a lot of shape once Brown left the field ... and didn't really look very threatening in attack. I don't think Sharpe and Smith have played together in the halves before, so how much of a combo they can strike up is going to be crucial, in this one.
