NRL Round 19 - Knights Vs Rabbitohs - 2:00pm Sunday, 12th of July - Accor Stadium

I think we will be the better side for 40 than they will realise they are meant to be the Knights and they will start screwing up

In other words 24-20 Knights and heart attacks all across the fan base

Rabbits have picked a very defensive side, without Cody and Latrell they won’t have many points in them. We’ll probably need to get in the grind and take our opportunities where we can to score.
They have a lot of weaknesses though. Brandon Smith can only pass one way and gets gassed pretty quickly. Fifita is similar make him make a heap of tackles and he can’t last 80. Also gotta run traffic at the 70kg halfback.
Reckon well win but they won’t make it easy, be plenty of passion for Jai Arrow. Go knights

1. Kalyn Ponga (C)

6. Fletcher Sharpe
7. Dylan Brown
8. Cody Hopwood
9. Phoenix Crossland
10. Trey Mooney
11. Dylan Lucas
12. Jermaine McEwen
13. Mat Croker

14. Sandon Smith

17. Tom Cant

20. Francis Manuleleua
21. Tyson Gamble
22. Kyle McCarthy
The side that runs out will be very different to that I reckon. If no injuries in Origin I reckon Ponga will be rested after getting bashed and the only reason Mooney is named is because Saifiti went down. Reckon he is borderline and waiting to see who actually lines up for Rabbits.

Interesting match up in the hookers between and Crossland and Smith. Both might want to stake there claims for the NZ team.
Almost forgot the Cheese existed! Crossland has been exceptional the last few weeks, think he’s got a mortgage on a spot in the Kiwi’s 17 for a few years, yet.

Any other week I’d be super confident of a win. But the occasion will really fire up Souths and I worry Atkins and Kennedy could have an affect on the result too.

As much as I know in my heart we are a better side than South Sydney, I have what I call Knights Induced Trust Inability - whereby no matter our ladder position or form, I fully expect going into each match that it will be the one where the wheels fall off.

I truly truly hope I'm wrong on this one, but I feel for all our ugly wins of late, we're due for a loss and this week might be the week.

Souths with no Cody or Latrell, but an enormous occasion in support of Jai, plus the ever-present old man Wayne who never stops being a thorn in the side of his former clubs.

Again, hoping I'm wrong but I think this one goes South Sydney's way.
