NRL Round 16 - Knights Vs Dragons - 8:00pm Friday, 19th of June - McDonald Jones Stadium

We need to pump them again, start building on our for and against. I’m pretty sure Hollbrook will go with Sharpe at FB. Bradman back in centre. Smith in six.

I honestly don't think I've seen one single game this season that hasn't been considered a "danger game" by someone in here
I think we’ll be fine especially playing at home. My main worry was how poor we were against Parra after our first Bye. If we go in complacent or not fully committed the Dragons could definitely shock us.

Can’t have all of the fan base happy.

A lot of these so called “danger games” have no weight behind them most of the time and they revert to “oh well last year” like that matters at all as we have seen with the downfall of the Raiders, Bulldogs and Broncos.

We are a much better team than last year and should slap aside these teams like Dragons and Titans, I think fully you can consider a game a “easy win” but still be professional and go about your systems, you don’t need to treat every game like it’s against Penrith.

I expect the Knights to start slow from the bye but I think we win 20+

Bradman back is massive. I like the combination of Sharpe, Smith and DB in the spine. And I’m excited Manu will get a good go at second row.

We win this game comfortably to potentially putting a score on. I having this feeling Sharpe will have a big game from the back.
I'm a little nervous by how long Sharpe is taking to return to his physical peak. I wonder if its physical or psychological because to the eye he seems to be operating at well below the peak he showed us prior to the injury.

He registered zero tackle breaks several weeks back. That's significant.

I know this is going to sound negative but honestly what does Tom cant possess that I can’t see. He seems like a nice young bloke but he has never impressed me nor exemplified a specific strength or much potential. I am happy to be proven wrong but I have never understood what they see in him. NSW cup player for me.
He's a hard worker, but almost every game i've seen of him in first grade he's made a bad defensive decision or effort leading directly to a try or line break.

I'm looking forward to seeing him play under the new regime. He obviously impressed Holbrook over the preseason but has really had a chance under him yet. He's a smart guy and can run a good line, we might be making Croker type comparisons after the game.
